The Time Has Come!

Today is Fill #2. When I weighed on the crazy scale with all my clothes, jewelry, and shoes I weighed 301.8. I'll see how that compares with Dr. Jones' scales.

Last night we went and ate at the dog track. I had lots of salad, a few bites of steak, some catfish, some turnip greens, and a little bit of ice cream.Today's fill should help cut down on the amount I eat and lengthen the amount of time it takes me to get hungry. I've discovered that if I let myself get super hungry I eat too much and too fast. It's still a process to reprogram how I eat. I'm a work in progress and I have to keep reminding myself.
