Ch-ch-ch-chicken salad

I was asked to find a great chicken salad recipe for a co-worker.  I quickly hopped on facebook and asked. Lickety-split I had several responses. So, in the interest of all my tens of readers, I am posting the results:

From Kristi T.C.

3 large chicken breasts boiled, cooled and shredded
1-2 cups of red seedless grapes cut in half
1 cup of almonds chopped and lightly toasted
salt and pepper to taste
Kraft mayonnaise - enough just to hold the chicken salad together...more if you like it creamy

Serving suggestion:
Cut a fresh pineapple in quarters. Cut pineapple away from outer rind and save the rind. Lay rind on its side like a boat. Put 2 heaping scoops of chicken salad on the "pineapple boat". Serve chicken salad with pineapple chunks, whole grapes, fresh strawberries, canteloupe and honey dew melon.

From Holly P.A.

3-4 Chicken breast
mayo- to consistency
1/2 red bell pepper
(YUCK!!! Not in my house! but I'm sure it's super yummy~robin)
purple grapes cut in 1/2 (as many as you want)
2-3 pieces of crispy bacon (everything is better with bacon!~robin)
walnuts broken into chunks (as many as you want)
small amount of poppy seeds
Boil chicken until done cut into chunks.
put red bell pepper skin side up on cookie sheet on broil until bubbles and turns brown/black.  Peel skin off and dice the pepper (throw the skin away!!)
add rest of stuff and enjoy. it is better if sits in fridge for a while.
